1. Progress, Completion & Attendance Requirements

1.1. Students must complete 100% of all learning materials.

1.2. All section quizzes and final exams must be passed.

1.3. All timestamps follow the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

1.4. Incomplete courses result in no certification—no probation or partial credit allowed.

2. Student Identity Verification

2.1. Unique username and password are mandatory.

2.2. Digital signature is required upon course completion.

2.3. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Promotional Codes

3.1. Must be applied at checkout—not valid after purchase.

3.2. Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

4. Examination Policy

4.1. Section Quizzes:

  • Required at the end of each section
  • Unlimited retakes allowed

4.2. Final Exam:

  • Must be passed for course completion
  • Retakes allowed

4.3. Proctored Exams:

  • Must set up a stable internet and quiet environment
  • Sessions that are recorded, plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited

5. Enrollment Policy

5.1. Students must be 18 years or older.

5.2. Must possess basic digital literacy.

5.3. Must use a compatible device with stable internet access.

5.4. Submission of agreements and payment is required.

5.5. We are an equal opportunity educator.

6. Technical Requirements

6.1. Internet-enabled device

6.2. Minimum 3 Mbps speed (10 Mbps recommended)

6.3. Modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

6.4. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled

7. Pass Guarantee & Refund Policy (Applicable $299 Plans)

7.1. Must complete the course fully

7.2. Attempt the state exam within 90 days

7.3. Score 80%+ on all quizzes and final exams

7.4. Submit refund request within 15 days of the first failed attempt

Required Documents for Refund:

  • Proof of course completion
  • 3 screenshots of 80%+ scores
  • Exam receipt and official fail result

Note: Refunds are valid for only the first exam attempt.

8. Criminal History Disclosure

8.1. Students must independently verify licensing eligibility if they have a criminal background.

8.2. Blue Sky Online Real Estate School LLC is not responsible for licensing outcomes.

9. Non-Discrimination & Conduct Policy

9.1. No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, status, or identity.

9.2. Respectful behavior is mandatory.

Grounds for Termination Include:

  • Violations of school policies
  • Harassment, academic dishonesty, misconduct
  • Disruption, poor attendance, non-payment
  • Use of illegal items or misuse of the platform

10. Grievance Policy

10.1. Contact support team for resolution.

10.2. Unresolved issues may be escalated to school management.

10.3. Final decision rests with the Director.

11. Dismissal & Reinstatement Policy

11.1. Permanent dismissal may result from violations.

11.2. Reinstatement is solely at the discretion of Blue Sky Online Real Estate School LLC School.

12. Previous Educational Credits

12.1. No transfer credit accepted from other institutions.

12.2. No guarantee that Blue Sky Online Real Estate School LLC credits transfer elsewhere.

13. Licensing Information Accuracy

13.1. Students are responsible for submitting correct data.

13.2. Blue Sky Online Real Estate School LLC is not liable for licensing errors due to incorrect info.

14. General Release of Liability

14.1. Participation is voluntary.

14.2. Students release Blue Sky Online Real Estate School LLC from liability for any injuries during training or platform use.

15. Copyright Policy

15.1. All content is proprietary.

15.2. Use is restricted to personal and non-commercial purposes.

15.3. Unauthorized use or distribution may lead to legal action.
